The Sr. Manager PPI Business System L&D is responsible for the integration and support of strategies, prioritization, execution and implementation of the Practical Process Improvement (PPI) into the SG&A Functions and Divisions. This role will work closely with Functional (SG&A) leads and Divisional / Global Sourcing organizations to drive and leverage the PPI Business System to meet their goals and objectives.
- Leading strategy deployment sessions, facilitating process mapping, value stream mapping, kaizen events, senior level coaching and PPI Support.
- The role will also help drive digitization of existing PPI Business System processes into system based solutions through the use of information technology.
- The position will proactively drive cross functional engagement in our functions SG&A to ensure culture based changes utilizing the PPI Business System as the way we work.
- Positive engagement, collaboration and partnership at all levels of the organization is a key driver to success in expansion of PPI Business System into our functional SG&A teams.
