The Global Sales Ops Analyst will provide various levels of analytical and tactical support around compensation, pipeline, forecasting, territory alignments and data governance. This level of support will be based on required business need stemming from research gathered and organized from a variety of sources to gain a clear understanding of business metrics, goal objectives and initiatives based on pre-defined divisional benchmarks and targets. This role will heavily rely on tools such as Salesforce.com and Cognos while also supporting efforts of maintenance, case support, user and territory management, report and dashboard creation and maintenance while providing data visibility and business updates across CDD Sales Teams.
The essential functions of this role will be data governance, sales compensation, forecasting and pipeline reporting and analytics using Salesforce.com and Cognos tools. This person will focus his/her efforts on understanding the details of revenue, pipeline, forecasting, territory alignment and compensation data which serves as a guide in execution of tasks and projects across CDD Global Sales. This person will evaluate business data to identify and measure anomalies, errors and trending characteristics while coming up with solutions for better overall results.
This role is responsible for designing comprehensive data reports along with helping to maintain our CRM tools with tasks such as case management, training, implementation projects, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, user and territory alignments and management along with product and price book tracking, updates and revisions.
This person will act as the liaison between global sales and sales operations functions to ensure consistent sales and compensation data accuracy and communication takes place across regions.
