The Agreement Representative may also be required to handle requests for information, create spreadsheets and reports, trouble shoot price discrepancies, interface with Global Planning, Logistics, Consumables Pricing Team, Consignment and all internal Customer Service Teams and problem solve as needed any questions related to the Quotes created.

Maintains workflow instructions with current processes and must be able to communicate issues and opportunities at various levels within the organization. Responsible for converting all created Quotes into Orders within the various ERP systems, applying proper discounting as approved by Sales and Deal Desk Management, verifying Customer PO terms match the terms of the Quote and maintaining all documents relevant to the order for compliance with SOX. Candidates must have strong analytical, organizational, phone, computer, and verbal and written communication skills.

Must have experience working with multiple computer applications such as Siebel, Microsoft Office, E1 and SAP. Must have understanding of inventory, shipping, consignment and accounting terminology and application. Must have attention to detail and be able to work with more complex concepts to assist Sales in positioning the Quote as requested.

Must be able to maintain the IPSF document, search the content and understand the content as it applies to the Quote development. Must be able to work in multiple email boxes and keep information integrity for other users. Must have strong phone skills to address both Sales questions and Customer related questions regarding the Instrument Quotes and Orders. The candidate should have experience working in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment and have demonstrated strong organizational and problem solving skills. The candidate must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment where priorities and workload change; as well as the ability to work successfully in both a team setting as well as be a strong individual contributor.

Minimum Qualifications

· Associates degree and/or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

· Customer Service Experience Preferred.

· Accounting or entry level inventory management experience a plus
