The Thermo Fisher Scientific HPLC business has been setting decisive and innovative trends for many years in the development, manufacturing and marketing of instruments and software for High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The expertise of our highly qualified staff contributes significantly to our economic success, enabling us to continuously expand our site in Germering near Munich.

For the support of our Team we are searching for a

Commercialization Development Specialist (f/m)

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the review of UHPLC with a variety of detector to support product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Present, report and on applications and market data and ensure the consistency of this data to align with application notes, technical and business needs.
    • Marketing information about current trends, threats and opportunities in the region
    • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
    • Provide recommendations based on data analysis/new applications and collateral, as a key input into ongoing marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions
    • Regular cooperation with Commercial and BU Stakeholders through Tiger teams in the region and summary of Quarterly Management Reviews results
  • Verification of technical marketing – app notes, collateral
  • Laboratory Management according to health and safety regulations
  • Identify, research and analyze regional opportunities for HPLC to maximize sales
  • Train teams on key processes and reporting

Your Background
  • Diploma / Master Degree in Science
  • 1-3 years professional experience with Scientific technologies and Data analysis
  • Analytical lab and market knowledge
  • Support for commercial
  • Analysis of data for forecasting and proposal submission, increasing win rate
  • Good knowledge of HPLC, and Chromatography Data systems and advanced detectors such as the CAD.
  • Effective working both in the team and independently
  • Simultaneous prioritization and processing of different projects
  • Good English proficiency in spoken and written
  • Acquire and deepen the extensive customer and market knowledge of Thermo Fisher Scientific, our products and offerings
