Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrates and promotes the company vision of the 4 I’s: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement
  • Maintain, analyze and maximize internal revenue database, generate monthly reporting and provide actionable insight to our revenue and selling trends
  • Establish a process to effectively track and report revenue synergies, identify cross-selling opportunities and integrate seamlessly with integration teams
  • Utilize SalesForce.com to identify internal selling gaps by account or by service; provide SalesForce.com support to our commercial teams
  • Develop detailed reports and dashboards for our executive management team to allow them to make sound business decisions rooted in actionable analysis.
  • Prepare monthly presentations to the Executive Leadership team summarizing financial and commercial performance
  • Assist Pricing Analyst with administration and development of detailed pricing strategy, model expectant volume gains and margin impact of strategy changes
  • Execute and administrate robust Quarterly Sales Commission processes
  • Analyze external market data and determine future trends in the market to help us identify gaps in our current business model
  • Integral member of commercial finance team, works well in a team environment
  • Support finance and commercial initiatives to improve our business systems and enhance customer facing reports
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Uses PPI to drive processes improvements and eliminate waste
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or similar and minimum 5-7 yrs experience in customer-facing finance role
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite, specifically Excel and Access – database structure and design a plus
  • Advanced analytical and statistical skill set to extract actionable information from large data sources
  • Financial deal modeling
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Prioritizes projects with minimal supervision
  • Previous utilization of Salesforce.com a plus
  • Previous experience with analyzing global markets
  • Ability to present to senior managers in a concise and accurate manor to allow them to make fast decisions
  • Pricing experience is a plus
