The Marketing and Digital Channel Coordinator is responsible for the execution of communication through key channels in the region that support the agreed marketing campaign/program objectives and strategies.
You will provide key marketing support to the region and the regional sales teams, working with the marketing team as well as with the Regional Market Development leads to execute integrated marketing programs.
The Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring a consistent usage of brand and messaging across all channels including digital, print, events and advertising.
Responsible for region of Australasia; Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands.
- External Digital Channel Coordination – plan, develop, execute and track channel performance to ensure optimisation (customer emails, website)
- Internal Digital Channel Coordination – plan, develop, execute and track channel performance to ensure utilisation (intranet, internal newsletters & apps)
- Marketing Materials – Support the production of local marketing materials and management of the both the digital channel delivery and tangible delivery
- Sales Support – support the marketing requests of the regional sales team
- Brand Management- Ensure all communication elevates and builds greater brand awareness of the core brands by ensuring consistency with brand guideline
- Advertising Management- manage the placement of advertising communications for both print and digital media.
- Reporting – develop and maintain regular performance reports by channel
- CRM – build and enhance CRM customer contact list and reporting
- Budget – tracks marketing expenditure for the region
- Vendor Management – liaising with, and managing 3rd party suppliers
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management.

- Analytical, organizational skills, and strong communicator — both oral and written..
- Science background would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Adobe InDesign skills desired, not essential.
