Product Manager - CT, ELED & 3PP

- Assess product positioning w.r.t to competition & target market segments and develop strategies to meet AOP & drive growth.
- Work closely with APAC BDM, Commercial and India finance team to drive annual pricing process & competitive benchmarking.
- Identify opportunities for Promotional Schemes to drive product line growth
- Identify training needs for direct and indirect channels and conduct training programs to enhance sales team competencies
- Build a comprehensive product demo / sampling plan across India and drive the same. Monitor demo inventory usage and accountability to have effective ROI
- Support commercial team and customers on technical queries & quality complaints
- Manage portfolio offering by defining product positioning & identifying product gaps. Develop and manage suppliers to ensure right product offering w.r.t features, price and channel model (complete/partial exclusivity) (ONLY for 3PP)
- Work closely with marketing team for executing product awareness campaigns and new product launches.
- Support commercial team for leads/enquiries of respective product lines
- Work closely with commercial and supply chain teams for ensuring right level of inventory stocking as per business needs and the responsibility for liquidating the same ensuring NIL P&L impact
