Key deliverable KPI-
Creating & exploring the opportunities for LC, IC & sample Preparation product lines in applied markets across India & SE Asia, working on new potential application opportunities to generate incremental revenue, provide technical k & application support to new & existing customers, develop new KOL accounts & work closely to addresses the emerging regulation requirements.
The responsibility involves working closely with commercial teams on major project opportunities & provide required support on day to day basis on products & applications.
Conduct in-house & customer site training programmes including refresher training courses to commercial team from time to time as 7 when required.
The Business Development Manager will be a key line between Product Marketing,, Commercial team & customers responsible to facilitate required resources & support in address the concerns.
Effective & timely response to alerts & support request, keeping updated customer & application data base & exploring new business opportunities for incremental growth.
A Science post Graduate ( Preferably in Analytical or Biochemistry ) with relevant experience in Product marketing or commercial sales of HPLC & IC for 7 plus years of experience in Chromatography & separation science preferably in HPLC & IC Instrumentation.
Hands on working experience with ability to work ,on challenging application issues related to Academic & Industrial research.
Sound knowledge on chromatography data management software will be an added advantage.
Self starter with ability to deliver result in set time lines, strong team player & inspiring attitude.
