For our location in Allschwil/Basel we are looking for a

Junior Kaufm. Angestellte/r Pharma

The Junior Project Assistant (Junior Kaufm. Angestellte/r Pharma) Clinical Trials is the point of contact for administrative work. This position is responsible for a smooth execution of Clinical Trials at Fisher Clinical Services.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Administrative tasks for the Clinical Supply Optimization Project Team
  • Work directly with all key stakeholders
  • Tracking of clinical supplies to ensure that all depots are provided with sufficient medication that the clinical sites can be supplied with medication for all patient visits, where appropriate, throughout the course of the trial
  • To maintain study specific data using FCS specific software
  • Invoices and Quotes
  • Coordination and communication of all relevant activities, both internally to ensure that all services and products are ready on a timely manner
  • Participation in meetings where appropriate
  • Ability to proactively manage a program of work
  • Timely provision of reports and other information
  • Conduct activities in a safe and efficient manner

Your Qualification:
  • Commercial apprenticeship in a pharmaceutical industry is preferred
  • 1-3 years administrative Background in a pharmaceutical related industry
  • Strong organizational and self-management skills
  • Very good computer skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Macros) and Access
  • Exemplary teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of clinical trial phases/designs is a plus
  • Basic understanding of Project Management
  • Good English and German language skills
