Job Description

The pilot ensures that company aircraft operations are conducted safely and efficiently and must be able to fulfill the requirements specified by the company, the applicable Federal Aviation Regulations as well as the regulations of other governing authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aircraft operations in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with the company schedule and in accordance with Federal, State and local regulations
  • Maintain required pilot and medical certificates and pass annual flight training proficiency checks as necessary for performance of assigned duties
  • Determine appropriate courses of action to ensure safety of passengers and company property
  • Study weather information in advance of flights to determine advisability of the flight
  • Initiate any changes necessary for the start, delay, or cancellation of assigned flights, and for the deviation of a flight from its planned route or destination when operating conditions dictate
  • Record aircraft flight reports personal flight logs at the highest standard
  • Adhere to SMS requirements

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience preferred
  • Five years of aviation related experience
  • Must be qualified to assume command of a flight
  • Ability to travel internationally, including valid passport
  • Must maintain a first class medical certificate
  • Detailed knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, air traffic control procedures and aircraft systems
  • A minimum of two years in an on-demand flight environment preferred
  • Previous corporate flight experience preferred
  • International Flight Operations experience preferred
  • Falcon aircraft experience a plus
  • 6,000 hours total flight time with appropriate jet experience
  • Detailed knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, air traffic control procedures and aircraft systems
