IT Manager/SME to drive deployment & support our growing Pricing/Quoting business function and system needs. The Pricing Manager position will work closely with business cross teams, leadership and vendor partners to drive strategic roadmap for our Pricing & Quoting function/platforms. The candidate will be instrumental in the transition from various manual excel/platforms to standard SFDC quoting and the use of a Configure-Price-Tool, across our Divisions/Groups.

· Develop CPQ function / systems strategy, road-map, developing process flow diagrams, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions.
· Develop, lead, and manage the CPQ team and Vendor partners.
· Manage day to day interactions with Group/Divisional IT and Business leaders/stakeholders in CPQ space. Effectively manage any Major Incidents/issues in this space, to quickly restore business continuity, engaging appropriate resources and resolution.
· Delivery: Manage and deliver identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for our business. Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
· Business Development: Develop and maintain regular contact with business leaders/stakeholders, organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of process development and pricing strategies
· People Development : Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and support staff

· 7+ years of experience supporting pricing, finance, sales operations, business management, technology or relevant experience
· Effective leadership presence and demonstrated ability to interact with senior executives;
· Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure on multiple concurrent projects;
· Experience with business technologies especially CRM/Enterprise Systems
· Strong project management skills and experience. Ability to keep track of time-lines and deliverables work under firm deadlines within a rapidly changing environment involving multiple projects and initiatives;
· Experience or Certification in Configure-Price-Quote technology a plus.

Knowledge/Skills Preferred:
· Demonstrates extensive knowledge of Configuration/Pricing/Quoting, Sales Automation, Quote to Cash transformation, solutions and processes.
· Demonstrates extensive understanding of CPQ solutions in Salesforce.com/Siebel and Orace BigMachine eco system integrating with Oracle JDE or SAP ERP through middleware solutions (WebMethods, AIA, Informatica, & etc.).
  • Demonstrates a successful track record in Program Management of large scale enterprise class cross functional implementations combined with the ability to lead a team of direct and indirect staff, engage stakeholders,
· Prior experience working at or above the Manager level
· Could quickly expand responsibility and management for potentially other systems and functions in the team/organization.
· Demonstrating self-motivation and responsibility for personal growth and development while mentoring junior members of the team.
· Leveraging analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simple and actionable tasks
· Experience in functional and technical roles, managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Quote to- Contract (CPQ/ CLM) solutions, including ownership of the technical solution, management of the overall team and ownership and management of project financials.
  • Desire to learn additional in-demand CPQ/CLM platforms including BigMachines or other Cloud-enabled solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments

Bachelor's Degree(s) Preferred: Master's degree
