Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Implement and manage TFCN Security strategy (Site security concept- SSC) by conducting a risk analysis and prioritization of solutions and procedures for all aspects of TFCN business, to include but not limited to:
Security Guard Management
Security /Fire safety system operation
Personal safety of TFCN employees, visitors and customers.
TFCN property safety and security
Implement and maintain TFCN safety and security policy.through operation and training based on TF Centre Guildlines and relevant working process. Management of facility physical security to include lock and key management, video surveillance, badging and access control, intrusion detection systems Evaluating current physical security efforts across the facilities and offer solutions in anticipation of both current and future business requirements. Identify and implement physical security initiatives and standards in compliance with Corporate Global Physical Security policies, directives, programs, standards, and guidelines. Conduct physical security vulnerability assessments/audits and provide gap analysis and recommendations for remediation/improvement, to include short term and long term funding requirements. Will coordinate the design and layout of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection and life safety systems. Manage and evaluate bids, consultant and vendor performance and selection process. Theft of company assets
Violation of Company Policy
Loss of company interest
Monitor Site security performance. Conduct regular and spot security audits. Conduct internal training and education for TFCN employees/Vendors/External guards on security policies, procedures and mechanisms. Implement and maintain crisis management and disaster recovery plan; lead cross functional teams to implement the contemporaneous plans. Create, validate, implement and update emergency action plans, business continuity plans and workplace violence plans. Provide training to employees and managers on a variety of security and emergency response related plans. Implement and provide lead security for TFCN events and trips; liaison with other TFCN units as his list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary. Fraud Investigations, incident reporting in compliance with EHS and Global Physical Security directives Establish and continue to foster strong community partnerships with the private and public sectors.
Education / Qualification Requirement:
1.Bachelor or above, police academy or related fields preferred.
2.Fluent in Mandarin and both written and spoken English.
3.8 years and above proven experience in the field of security in leaders position with a multi-national company
- Training and in-depth knowledge of computerized intrusion systems or network-based electronic security and life safety systems.
- Individual must have the ability to work on projects outside of standard working hours when necessary.
- Must be proficient, knowledgeable and experience with security technologies and integration (CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Systems, Photo ID systems, Mass Notification and Incident Management)
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Should have experience in vendor negotiation.
- Management of Building Security including development of procedures, adherence to and auditing of security services
- Lock and Key Management
- Investigations and Incident Reporting
- Coordination with HR and ESH for personnel issues
A good understanding of risk and security issues facing office organizations in China; An ability to communicate policy to all levels in a clear and concise manner with good analytical skills and training skill.
