Play the key role :
As “solution desk” so as to find the root cause and resolve issues involving:
problems orders that are affecting picking (parts not found, batch not matching with pick list)
Issues that packers need help involving system transactions or materials errors.
Allocation of materials involving change of bin# etc.
Liaison with internal customers
Attending to Audit
Managing Pick/Pack and receiving team inclusive of : :
Managing the Traffic desk and generating of pick tickets
Managing receiving within turn around time
Resolve issue related receiving
Liaising with internal and external customers in regard of distribution issues.
Preventive Maintenance of equipment.
Planning of manpower and resources
Ensuring On Time Delivery is met.
Interacts with cross-functional support areas to resolve problem affecting out going and incoming materials.
Managing of sales return, quality complaint and non-conformance
Update regular operational reports for the department
Ensure that systems and procedures within the department are in compliance
With ISO9001, ISO13485, QSR 21CFR, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 and WHO Good
