Our Swindon operations offers full commercial manufacturing services for sterile liquids, high-potency products, as well as lyophilized vial forms. We champion the ‘Condo Model’ and manufacture speciality products for clients; offering an impressive mix of laboratory, business and production expertise. About the role
Our Site Executive Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring our business runs smoothly. Supporting the General Manager and his senior leadership team; you will be responsible for making sure they have the time and bandwidth to do what only they can do, by delegating the rest appropriately, managing processes methodically and communicating proactively. Whilst in turn line managing a team of two. All that needs to be done in a single day,
Managing time is a key responsibility for our Site Executive Assistant, including day-to-day maintenance of a calendar for the leadership team. For example; ensuring meetings run on time; booking travel; or tackling a never-ending list of facilities needs. As well as managing and maintaining relationships with our clients and suppliers. It could also mean protecting the team’s schedule from time-draining distractions. All these tasks have the same mission; to keep schedules and processes running smoothly. There are only so many hours in the workweek, and it’s important to make sure that time — a limited resource — is used most productively.
The mind-set of our Site Executive Assistant will be very pro-active, involving being one step ahead and having exceptional decision making and problem solving skills. You will be a reliable, responsive self-starter as well as a skilled conversationalist in both written and verbal form. It is essential that you are highly organized and naturally pay close attention to detail so as to not let details slip through the cracks.
You will have a proven track record working at an executive level and understand the challenges of multi-tasking, demanding deadlines, working over-time and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
