Job Description

This role will mainly involve processing customer orders received from various sources, i.e. email, portals, EDI, Captiva, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ months of Thermo Fisher Scientific Customer Service Experience
  • Ability to accomplish a high throughput of work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills
  • Quick-learner, highly adaptable and customer-focused
  • Team focused, with strong interpersonal skills. Stress and pressure resistant
  • Understanding of Fisher Scientific systems, processes and products
  • Advanced PC and software (Excel, Mainframe and Outlook) knowledge and strong keyboarding skills
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and consistent quality
  • Other duties as required
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is a requirement
