Job description:
  • Responsible to provide technical consultancy and platform expertise to achieve revenue targets for cold storage business unit in LPD
  • Responsible for developing and implementing strategic plan for the cold storage product in LPD Division
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with key opinion leaders and customers, supporting in country manager across SEATW
  • Able to identify opportunities and go on sales calls both independently or with direct sales team.
  • Participate in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities and collaborate with Marketing team to define overall strategy
  • Cross functional collaboration
  • Monitor and analyse market trends

Key Leadership Competencies Required:

  • Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy

Education, Experience & Skills Required:

  • 4-5 years previous experience in technical/sales position
  • Degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or equivalent
  • An organized individual with ability to establish short and long term business objectives and have demonstrated record of measuring performance towards those objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well organized, self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Preferred with experience in LPD product line
