- Responsible for increasing market share, market coverage, brand availability, brand awareness and customer preference.
- Provide strategic direction to a team of sales professionals belonging to Thermo Fisher Scientific, Distributors / Dealers and Manager Projects.
- Guide regional promotions, marketing programs and visibility drives through workshops, seminars, conferences with the help and assistance of Marketing and Commercial Head.
- Conceptualize and implement trade initiatives to drive sales in various market segments, through various distributors, channels.
- 1. Master's degree or Ph. D in Bioscience or related majors
- 2. Work experience in Bio science,diagnostic(NA based), or NGS company is preferred
- 3. Familiar with automation system, liquid handler, or multi-mode reader is preferred.
- 4. Familiar with solution, such as cell-free DNA, drug discovery, NGS, is preferred.
- 5. Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- 6. Effective interpersonal and listening skills.
- 7. Be available after normal working hours and frequent travel may required.
