Job Description

1) Lead team to provide daily business pacing report 2) By product line/sales team weekly rolling forecast for booking and revenue; 3) Support demand planning process and provide high quality sales forecast data; 4) AR/Credit tracking and reporting; 5) Develop effective system to improve data collecting accuracy and efficiency; 2. Salesforce.com management 1) Improve SFDC process and monitor sales execution; 2) Optimize SFDC function to support requirements from sales team; 3. Sales Data Analysis and Sales Intelligence 1) Sales performance management and tracking; 2) Sales intelligence system/report monitoring and optimization; 3) Collaborate with cross functions for master data management; 4) Business analysis and data driven for decision making support; 4. Pricing Management 1) Lead team providing analysis on discount application; 2) Working with global for discount application; 3) Provide weekly pricing report; 4) Regular track and analyze product/sales team base pricing performance and provide in-depth analysis; 5) Planning for sales promotion and monitor sales implement and promotion data;
