Position Summary
- Manages and controls all Sales activities for the related LSMS Products Line (Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry)
- Weekly accurate forecasting activities
- Contributes to the overall Sales goals by achieving Country quarterly and annual targets
- Comply to the company T&C and financial guidelines
- Responsible to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction/loyalty
Main Activities / Responsibilities
- Achieve Country quarterly and annual sales plan for bookings and revenues for LSMS PL
- Responsible to fully implement all business processes, procedures and programs related to the Commercial Organisation
- Manages sales activities of the Country and ensures timely and high quality sales reporting like leads funnel and forecast
- Set up common sales/marketing activities metrics for the Sales reps/Agent
- Always ensure highest professional relationship with our customer base to achieve customer loyalty and escalate issues if necessary to solve critical tasks in the fastest way possible.
- Develop sales synergies with other sales teams
- Follow our ethical business conduct guidance
- Manage day to day operations like holiday administration, training, expenses reports
To work closely with Post Sales Services organization for optimizing the “one” face to the customer

Willingness to travel in Italy and Europe
Job Qualifications
- Professional background in Biochemistry/Chemistry/Engineering or related subjects
- Strong Leadership and management skills
- Good Product Knowledge in Mass Spectrometry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks with different priorities
- Excellent inter-personal, self-motivational and negotiating skills
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
