Position Summary:

Reporting to the Head of CSOS, the role involves delivering and developing high impact reports to Clients. The role continues an establish process of reporting to a number of clients by developing processes to gather and interpret information from a variety of sources, across multiple geographies to meet Client requirements in project budgets and forecasts.

Alongside the Commercial aspects, the role includes directly supporting the CSOS business line and back office support function, the role takes responsibility for managing and reporting the P&L and operational performance of the business line alongside the Directors within the assigned area of responsibility. The candidate will be responsible for developing metrics and analysis relevant to the current business requirements, acting as a single point of contact and fostering close relationships with operational leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Client project teams to develop project budget forecasts which become meaningful and timely decision making tool
  • Work with Clients to continually enhance and develop forecasting methodology and reporting capabilities
  • Report on variances to forecast and key drivers on a scheduled timeline for assigned projects
  • Feedback issues on data integrity indentified in the systems and work to ensure resolution
  • Partner with internal Clients to provide explanations of spend vs. budget
  • To undertake monthly P&L reporting for assigned area of responsibility
  • To act as a partner with the leadership team from assigned areas of responsibility to assist, challenge and support in business growth plans
  • Support of month end close process and reporting teams through proactive analysis of trends and root cause and considering wider implications for the business and by maintaining a ready knowledge of what is happening within areas of responsibility
  • To undertake ad hoc duties as directed and agreed with the Head of FP&A

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Studying towards a professional accountancy (ACCA/CIMA preferred)
  • Proven experience of working in a commercial or analytical environment supporting and influencing all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work both independently and in a group setting with little direction
  • Experience developing financial / business models
  • Advanced excel skills required
  • Highly IT literate
  • Customer focused
  • Good time management, ability to meeting tight deadlines and to work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, experience presenting to management
  • Flexibility to work as required at busy times

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
