Responsibilities
- In charge of sales within the Biosciences Division (BID) Sales for Daejeon area
- Manage key financial result areas, i.e. revenues, volume, margins, days outstanding and forecasting
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Achieve sales target
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related field; or the equivalent knowledge and Academic/functional experience.
- Requires a minimum of New or 1 years of successful sales experience.
- Maintain and increase current customer database through company customer relations management software. Use system completely to fulfill management expectations for recording and utilizing customer and sales information.
- Extensive knowledge of Molecular Biology, cell biology, and Biotechnology.
- Attain or exceed assigned sales goals, profit goals, and market share goals consistently within expense guidelines.
- Field travel as necessary (50% or more)
- Utilize proven organizational skills to successfully manage territory sales activities
- Communicate account objectives and action plans to management via weekly business reviews and other communication vehicles.
- Good computer skill (Exel, Powerpoint...)
- Good English Skills, both written and verbal
