Summary:
The Digital Content Team is seeking a creative, dynamic individual to implement documentation and training initiatives to support both global web content authoring. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of writing for the web, experience creating instructional documentation and eLearning materials, be willing to quickly learn new technical tools, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop learning and performance support materials for a variety of instructional modalities (instructor-led, self-guided, on-the-job, eLearning, web-based content), e.g. SOPs, Job Aids
  • Use instructional documents to create outlines and script recorded materials, including skill assessments
  • Build out video modules using Brainshark and Camtasia
  • Track and record training effectiveness
  • Work as part of a team to create and deliver technical training and new employee onboarding
  • Learn and apply process improvement strategies including PPI and Agile
  • Apply instructional design principles to expand and maintain the training resource library
  • Build and maintain iConnect pages to support global content authors
  • Communicate effectively with leadership to identify and recommend new learning opportunities
  • Develop, present, and implement recommendations to improve our training strategy
Preferred Background/Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree program in Instructional Design, Media/Design, English, Education; or other related degree with relevant work experience; instructional design experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office programs, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • 1 to 3 years of experience developing and delivery training; prefer experience using Captivate, Camtasia or other similar eLearning authoring tools
  • Experience working with a Sharepoint-based file/document hosting and management system
  • Proficiency within content and digital asset management systems a plus, e.g Adobe, hybris
  • Solid spelling, grammar, and writing skills required to create and edit content
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as effectively within a team environment
  • Strong project/time management skills, including the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and time sensitive situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and responsibly in regard to project progress and deadlines; able to gain consensus
  • Strong problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities, including timelines and expected deliverables
