For our location in Allschwil/Basel we are looking for a

Junior Market Intelligence Analyst (Pharmaceutical Services)

Your tasks:
  • Accountability for delivering AOP in terms of Market Intelligence services to internal & external clients.
  • Meet goals in accordance with company initiatives and vision.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for internal and external clients in giving advisory support on Market Intelligence.
  • Understand the needs from internal and external clients, define processes and write procedures around the Market Intelligence.
  • Generate the monthly Sourcing KPI’s, update the Innovators ID’s at least once per year, create and update the supplier mapping.
  • Collect and check market news / market insights in particular through Info-mining tools, collect product data from manufacturers (introductions, changes, withdrawals), monitor drug patent expiry & inform the Comparator team about impacts.
  • Ensure integration and cross-functional work with all other departments (Marketing, Business Development, Project Management, Sourcing, Controlling & Reporting, Customer Experience).

Your profile:
  • Degree in business or science related field or apprenticeship with related experience
  • Work experience in the pharmaceutical services, knowledge in the area of Clinical trials and pharmaceutical logistics is a plus
  • Analytical skills, detail oriented with strong interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with Business Intelligence service providers
  • Excellent Organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently within an international organization
  • Very good oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent English is a must, German beneficial
  • Excellent computer literacy (databases, interfaces, Excel – pivot tables)
