- To lead sales team in North area to deliver good business outcomes to achieve annual target.
- Work with marketing team to provide optimal selling strategy.
- Manage key customers in North area to meet customers’ needs.
- To analyze and monitor sales number in North area.
- Initiate local sales plan based on division/ group strategies.
- Work with commercial manager in creating demand and product promotion to reach sales target.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field (or relevant experience).
- 3+ sales experience preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- A team player with ability to interface across internal and external complex matrix environment.
