  • Consult with Learning and Development Senior Manager to identify and assess professional and leadership development needs and performance gaps.
  • Plan for and facilitate training effectively utilizing a variety of training delivery mechanisms including traditional instructor-led classrooms, co-facilitation, workshops, and virtual classes or webinars.
  • Effectively leverage existing or new vendor partners as appropriate (cost and impact) to deliver training. Facilitates content using both "off-the-shelf" and custom designed content.
  • Cultivate a robust leadership pipeline through development/training actions identified as part of the talent reviews and succession planning processes.
  • Leverage and deliver existing professional and leadership development training programs.
  • Manage classroom environment and adapt instructional style for different audiences.
  • Engage participants’ managers in the learning process to drive application of learning to the workplace.
  • Conduct Train the Trainer sessions to extended facilitators as appropriate.
  • Maintain relationships, contact and communication with learning program participants and cohorts for coaching, follow-up and continuity of blended learning completions.
  • Administer learning evaluations and assessments to ensure targeted levels of effectiveness and impact of learning programs to achieve business outcomes.
  • Ensure learning content is delivered as designed and make specific recommendations to curriculum owners to continually improve the global content and design.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Talent Management and Development team by identifying ways to continuously improve the learning process and enhance learning effectiveness.
  • Support new learning program design and development initiatives.
  • Develop and roll out post training support and reinforcement tools to sustain behavioral change and drive improved performance and business outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Leadership, or a related field of study
  • 6+ years of leadership facilitation and coaching skills
  • Experience with adult learning principles via classroom or virtual and facilitation and delivering to classroom sizes ranging from 12 to 50 participants
  • Experience delivering leadership development learning programs
  • Program and project management experience
  • Organizational and time management skills, including classroom coordination and management
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Advanced communications and presentation skills
  • Ability to be autonomous and operate with limited direction
  • Ability to travel 60-70%
