IT-Coordinator (m/f)
Region Hennigsdorf bei Berlin

The IT-Coordinator‘s role is to ensure the smooth IT-Operation at the Hennigsdorf location. You support implementing systems along Thermo Fisher's IT-Roadmap to enable key business initiatives, processes and strategy goals. You will also help managing the execution of daily support tickets and enhancements as well as participate in leading regional and global projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Primary contact for all application and interface questions, issues and errors.
• Provide consulting and problem solving skills to continuously improve business processes.
• Communication of system changes and issues at all levels to all relevant users.
• Identification, delivery and exploration of opportunities of existing investments.
• Establishment of business and customer relationships through understanding the global business processes (Creation of project charters and -plans, reports, budget plans, target operating models and specifications requirements in a GXP environment).
• Documentation and maintenance of IT-relevant processes, like (Standard Operation Procedures).
• Participation in auditing activities (Supplier audits, regular internal and external audits (ISO, SOX etc.)).
• Management of the IT-relevant purchase/lease, maintenance and service contracts, inventory management.
• Provision and security of high performance data (Backup and recovery).

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or Business Administration or any related experience is preferred.
• Good technical knowledge of IT-Infrastructure and ERP-Application (SAP).
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ISO/IEC standards.
• Strong collaborative and excellent interpersonal skills required to communicate and work with all levels of employees paired with problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Experience in driving effective change management, application and system support processes.
• Experience with system Development Lifecycle methodologies and validated systems.
• Sound communication skills in both English and German are mandatory. (French is a plus).
