10+ years hands on experience in team lead role with progressive responsibilities Must be 60% hands on in technologies, tools, programming, design, architecture, coding, testing, Agile/Scrum, TFS, etc Must be 40% into techno managerial responsibilities, must have proven ability of lead and manage 8-12 engineers. Must be excellent in project planning, organizing, executing, communicating, collaborating, coaching, mentoring, resolving issues, etc.
