Job Description
Customer Service: Order Management
  • respond to customer inquiries relating to prices and availability by phone or email
  • process spares and consumables orders in line with procedures in a timely and efficient manner
  • advise customers on any items in backorder and liaise with the EDC or other internal vendors these are delivered as soon as possible
  • invoice customers orders in timely way
  • redirect misrouted customer orders to correct location
  • filing of orders and other filing support
  • resolve queries related to spares and consumable orders and liaise with internal stakeholders

requirements

  • commitment to providing excellent customer support
  • experience in managing customer orders
  • ERP experience is strong advised - SAP is a plus
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • well organised
  • multi tasking
  • ability to work under pressure
  • attention to detail
  • ability to work independently and in team
