Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

The Manager – Marketing Operations is a techno commercial role with the objective to drive below tasks:

Operational Excellence in Marketing & Product Management

  • Responsible for development of Divisional newsletter. Co-ordinate with functional and business leaders for content
  • Drive Telemarketing (TM) / TeleSales project
    • Evaluate performance & training needs of tele callers
    • Maintain a healthy TM campaign pipeline to ensure maximum productivity
    • Develop & Monitor campaign performance working with marketing and product managers & publish monthly campaign dashboards
    • Work closely with commercial leaders to ensure maximum conversion of ROI
  • Manage RSS Feeds and fortnightly publish results to stakeholders
  • Work closely with INDIAMART to manage LSI product catalogue and update it regularly. Identify similar business opportunities for demand generation
  • Liaison with external consultants for product registrations (e.g e-gov portal)
  • Support product managers for co-ordination with factories / APAC team / Supply Chain
  • Facilitate customer enquiries for Free Samples, COA downloads, Third Party Products price requests etc.
  • Build market intelligence through Import data
  • Drive lead management discipline working closely with commercial leaders

Commercial Pricing & Quotes

  • Support collation of data & response to global Project enquiries (RFP/RFQ)
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Finance and Commercial teams to ensure timely roll out of annual prices.
  • Complete ownership working with external vendors for designing, printing and distribution of price books. Help design and introduce e-price books
  • Work closely with IT for updating prices & costs on SAP
  • Ensure pricing inputs are provided for new code creation request, Flash monthly dashboards to stakeholders to evaluate TAT
  • Support customer/dealer quote requests & flash monthly dashboards to commercial leaders

Compliance – Tender business

  • Ensure tender participations follow the agreed SOP and seek requisite local legal & finance approvals ensuring timely submissions
  • Update document repository enabling commercial teams to have quick access to documents, certificates and reports as required
  • Coordinate with factories for manuf. authorizations & commercial teams to update tender tracking report and share with respective stakeholders

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in marketing or communications (preferred)
  • At least 5-6 years’ experience in either sales, product management or marketing support function
  • Strong analytical skills using MS Excel
  • Proven ability to work across professional & cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated excellence in Internal & external communication
