The Customer Account Manager, Strategic Operations is responsible for the strategic relationship development, implementation, and commercial alignment for Encompass Third Party customers. This position will work collaboratively with the Industry Directors and Sales Mangers on RFP responses, contract creation, price management, and strategic execution of the Encompass Third Party Program across multiple segment-specific customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Industry Directors and Sales Managers to create strategic commercial alignment on RFPs and Contracts that include the Encompass Program.
  • Conducts business reviews with customer and commercial team representing Encompass Program.
  • Coordinates and communicates business development initiatives and strategies.
  • Provides direction and training to Industry Directors/managers/sales representatives on Encompass Products.
  • Drive corporate relationships by understanding customer life cycle and contract timeframes.
  • Measures customer satisfaction of Encompass Program and develops strategies to improve.
  • Identify profit initiatives and saving opportunities for customers.
  • Evaluate customer performance for contract compliance.
  • Involved in and drive implementation of new wins.
  • Collaborate strategically with eBusiness Analysts to understand and craft customer eCommerce solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science or other related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow senior level customer relationships across multiple areas like Sourcing, Production, Research, Materials Management
  • Experience reviewing and making recommendations on customer contracts.
  • Experience in creating customer facing presentations and strong customer presentation skills.
  • Strong financial analysis, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree / MBA.
