Job Description

Job Title: Executive- Sales Coordination

Location: Hyderabad or Bangalore

  • Sales Order processing for both INR and foreign currency orders with 24 hours from the date of receipt of PO in SAP. Should be well aware on usage of SAP operations
  • Preparation of tenders, quotations, Proforma invoices and follow up et., both

Internal and external

  • Customer follow up for Payment, return of EMD , PBG follow up etc.,
  • Co-ordination with Service Team for PIR and Installation
  • Co-ordination with SCM Team for supplies issues like PI , delivery schedule etc.,
  • Co-ordination with Finance for Credit Block release, commission reconciliation, EMD, PBG etc.,
  • Document Reconciliation of dealer commission for both INR and Foreign currency
  • Respond timely to quotes, order processing and maintain statistics for turn-around time
  • Training for the dealers to update the SOP’s , order processing process etc.,

Mandatory Competencies Required

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Is a self-starter and drives actions with passion.
  • Has very strong convincing and influencing skills.
  • Serves as an extended support to the sales team
